There is still time to register for the 2014 ECIS Annual Conference at the Acropolis in Nice, France, where Steve Barkley will present a very special two-day pre-conference November 19-22.  Steve will explore ways for school leaders to develop coaching skills and provide effective feedback, creating a fair and balanced environment for all school community members.

Steve will share why coaching skills are critical for effective school leadership in his program, “Developing Coaching Skills, Practices and Culture.” Participants will assess, develop, and practice the crucial verbal skills of effective coaching over two full days – providing a perfect opportunity to meet and collaborate with school heads, principals, department heads, grade level team leaders, academic deans, instructional coaches, and mentors from all over the globe.
